The real storyline sits with a name that does not appear on this list at all. Cornerback Tyson Campbell had been listed as questionable earlier in the week with an ankle injury, leaving his status for Sunday genuinely in doubt. His absence from the inactives confirms Cleveland will have him available, a significant boost for a secondary preparing to face a Tampa Bay passing attack that will look to attack every level of the field.
Elsewhere on the list, Jenkins will miss his second straight game with the back injury that first surfaced during Week 1 practice.
