The Cleveland Browns faced a frightening number of players on the injury report heading toward their Week 6 meeting with the Baltimore Ravens. But now, with the game right around the corner, that outlook has gotten significantly better.
Four key players were able to return to practice on Friday, and others worked their way back during the week. So, the final injury report is much more encouraging.
According to Camryn Justice of News 5 Cleveland, just five Browns players have been ruled out for the Ravens game, with four others listed as questionable.
“Browns injury designations for Sunday’s game against the Ravens: OUT: DT Kalia Davis, QB Dillon Gabriel, DT Mike Hall Jr., OL Teven Jenkins, RB Dylan Sampson. QUESTIONABLE: DE Derek Barnett, DT Mason Graham, RB Quinshon Judkins, LB Carson Schwesinger,” Justice posted.

The upgraded status of Graham and Judkins is particularly notable. Graham, who was having a breakout second season with four sacks in the first three games, was projected to miss multiple weeks after suffering knee and ankle injuries against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 4. Now, he could be back on the field after sitting out just one.
Judkins suffered an injury to his surgically repaired ankle in the Browns’ Week 5 loss to the New York Jets. He was able to practice on Friday, and he will be needed with Sampson not yet recovered from his knee injury and Raheim Sanders on injured reserve with a hip injury.
Schwesinger and Barnett each suffered an ankle injury against the Jets but are in line to take their usual places in the front seven of the defense. That is especially important with Davis still sidelined with a quad injury and Hall dealing with an ankle injury.
Jenkins has missed multiple games with a back injury. Gabriel was activated from injured reserve last week after opening the season with a back injury of his own.
Among other good news from the Browns, wide receiver KC Concepcion is expected to play after suffering a concussion on a scary hit against the Jets. Denzel Boston was removed from the injury report with his foot injury.
This also means that defensive tackle Maliek Collins, safety Grant Delpit, offensive tackle Tytus Howard, and center Elgton Jenkins will be good to go on Sunday.
