The inactive list is the final word on every injury question of the week. After days of practice reports and questionable tags, it shows exactly who will be in uniform and who will be watching. Sometimes it brings bad news, and sometimes it confirms that a key player is finally ready to return. For the Browns, Sunday’s list leaned toward the second.
The Browns announced their inactives for the game against the Tennessee Titans, and Mason Graham was not on it. Graham is active after missing the last 2 games with MCL and ankle sprains he suffered against the Pittsburgh Steelers on October 1. He practiced fully Friday and carried no game designation, and now he is back in the lineup.
Quarterback Taylen Green, linebacker Justin Jefferson, cornerback Noah Igbinoghene, running back Audric Estime, defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. and center Parker Brailsford will not play.

His return could not come at a better time. Graham still leads the Browns with 4 sacks despite the absence, and he joins a front that has kept rolling without him. Maliek Collins has a sack in 3 straight games and signed a 2-year extension Sunday morning, and Adin Huntington has been one of the league’s top interior pass rushers over the last 3 weeks. Adding Graham back to that group makes the Browns much harder to block.
Denzel Ward is also active. The cornerback was questionable with a hand injury and was expected to test it during warmups, and his availability keeps Cleveland’s man coverage approach fully intact. Grant Delpit is set to play after clearing the concussion protocol, and Quincy Williams is active after being listed as questionable with a neck injury.
The offensive side has one notable change. Estime is a healthy scratch a week after scoring the tying touchdown against the Baltimore Ravens. That reflects the return of Quinshon Judkins, who practiced fully Friday after missing last week’s game with an ankle injury.
The rest of the list was mostly expected. Hall has been out all week with an ankle injury, and Green is the emergency 3rd quarterback. Brailsford’s spot on the list means Elgton Jenkins is set to start at center after practicing fully Friday. Jefferson, a rookie linebacker, practiced fully all week but will sit.
The Browns are about as healthy as they have been in weeks. With Graham, Ward and Delpit all available against a Titans offense that has scored just 84 points this season, Cleveland’s defense has a strong chance to set the tone at the start of a 3-game road trip.
