Adam “The Bull” Gerstenhaber doesn’t love everything he sees from the Cleveland Browns, but he thinks that this team has enough talent to be special. He encouraged fans to accept their excitement and told the Ultimate Cleveland Sports Show that his elation level about this team is currently at a “ten.”
Gerstenhaber went on to talk about the struggles facing QB Deshaun Watson and how poorly he’s been playing at times, but he is still thrilled by what he’s seeing from Cleveland.
“I thought the defense would be good, but I didn’t think it wouldn’t be as good as last year. And the defense – outside the Jacksonville game – has been mostly sensational,” Gerstenhaber said.
How excited should #Browns fans be about their 4-2 start?! 👀🏈@adamthebull says he's at a TEN! 🔟🔥
Yes, this team has flaws. Yes, Deshaun Watson has his struggles. But Bull isn't letting any of that diminish his excitement about what Cleveland has accomplished!

No one will deny that the Browns have their fair share of problems. Speaking of Watson, Gerstenhaber pointed out that he has not been playing well for the majority of matches. But when it matters most, the Browns are finding ways to win. It’s partly due to some good, well-timed plays from Watson and robust skills from the rest of the offense. Taken together, the Browns are fighting and clawing their way to wins.
A 4-2 start is impressive, especially since some experts and analysts didn’t think the Browns would rack up four wins for the entire season. There are legitimate worries and concerns about what comes next and what their final record will be, but the Browns are presently in a good position.
Some people are too nervous to be excited. They are afraid that the good luck will run out and the Browns will crash next week or the week after that. No one knows what the future holds, and the rest of the season could prove to be very difficult, but the team is looking good right now and proudly hanging onto the top spot in the AFC North.
Gerstenhaber’s excitement is at a ten right now, but where will it be next week?
