Despite a lot of preseason skepticism and tempered expectations, the Cleveland Browns have weathered the storm and won their past two games. This improved their record to 2-1 after a Week 1 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
While Deshaun Watson hasn’t put up MVP-level stats to this point, he has done enough to help them win these games, including leading two straight fourth-quarter comebacks. The defense has been the hero thus far, but Watson has certainly put himself in a position to start for a few more weeks.
Browns fans are notorious for being with this team through thick and thin, sticking with them in good times and bad. Even though these past two weeks have been overwhelmingly positive, some fans just can’t seem to get out of their own way.

It’s unclear why this fight was going on in the first place, but judging by the way these two fans were throwing punches at each other, something must have gone terribly wrong. The Browns’ faithful are often referred to as the “Dawg Pound,” and these fans look to be living up to that attribution.
Regardless of the off-field fighting indicating otherwise, the Browns have nothing to fight about through three weeks. This win over the Carolina Panthers was crucial, as they moved to 2-1 on the year, putting them in a four-way tie for the lead in the AFC North.
They are playing the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday Night Football in Week 4, and with this divisional tie in mind, it would be great for their playoff hopes if they could figure out a way to win that matchup. Aaron Rodgers turned back the clock against the Cincinnati Bengals this week, so it will be interesting to see if the Browns’ new-look defense can stop him.
