Both TE Harrison Bryant and S Andrew Sendejo have been added to the list.
At this point, it is not clear whether Bryant and Sendejo contracted the virus or are deemed close contacts to someone who has.

Bryant, the rookie from Florida Atlantic University, was drafted by the Browns in the 4th round (115th overall) of the 2020 NFL Draft.
He has seen playing time in all 15 of the Browns games.
Bryant has 24 catches for 238 yards and 3 TDs.
His best game of the season came in Week 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals where he caught 2 TDs for 56 yards.
Andrew Sendejo

Sendejo was a UDFA in 2010.
Last season he played in Minnesota before following Coach Stefanski to Cleveland for the 2020 season.
He has played in 14 of the Browns games this season.
Sendejo has 51 solo tackles and 16 assists for the Browns in 2020.
Reserve/COVID-19 List Is Full.
The wide receiving corps remains on the list but are close contacts.
They include Jarvis Landry, Donovan Peoples-Jones, Rashard Higgins, and KhaDarel Hodge.
If these four continue to test negative, they will be eligible to come off on Thursday.
That’s good news because they can get some practice time in before playing in the Sunday regular season finale against the Steelers.
LB B.J. Goodson was placed on the list on December 26; he tested positive for COVID-19.
Given the timing of his positive test (Saturday), he is likely out for the Steelers game also.
Though not on the Reserve/COVID-19 list currently, LT Jedrick Wills missed the Jets game with an illness.
He was temporarily on the list last week as a close contact but was activated for the Jets game only to be a last minute scratch.
Win Or Stay Home
The Cleveland Browns need as many healthy bodies on the field as possible because the season ends for them on Sunday if they can’t beat the Steelers.
Pittsburgh comes to town for the first meeting at FirstEnergy Stadium since the Mason Rudolph–Myles Garrett incident in November 2019.
In another twist of irony, Mason Rudolph has been named the starting quarterback for the Week 17 game.
Coach Tomlin has opted to rest Ben Roethlisberger until the playoffs.
