According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Cleveland Browns have signed JoJo Natson.

Before he could become a restricted free agent, the team waived Natson, according to ESPN’s Field Yates.
The Rams have waived return specialist JoJo Natson, per source. He finished the season on IR after a December injury and was scheduled to become an RFA. If a team claims him, it could still tender Natson for the 2020 season.

Natson was the primary return specialist for the past 2 seasons with the Rams.
He had 19 kickoff returns for a 20.9 yard average in the past 2 seasons.
He also had 45 punt returns with an average of 9.5 yards.
He spent the 2017 NFL season with the New York Jets.
Natson played in college for the University of Akron.
