The signings were imminent as training camp begins on July 27.
Greg Newsome II
Newsome, the 26th overall pick, participated in offseason activities so the contract signing was a formality.
The delay in his signing was attributed to his changing agents last month from CAA Sports to Drew Rosenhaus.
Cleveland Browns 1st round pick CB Greg Newsome II has left CAA Sports & is currently without an NFL agent.
Newsome, the No. 26 pick in this April's Draft, made the change Friday. He cannot sign with a new agent yet. He is in the NFLPA's 5-day waiting period.

Mary Kay Cabot reports that Newsome’s deal is worth $12.8 million.
Rookie contract dollar figures are set per the NFLPA agreement; however, there is some flexibility for agents to work with teams on guaranteed bonuses and offset language.
Newsome is expected to make an immediate contribution to the rebuilt Browns defense.
Anthony Schwartz
Schwartz, the 91st overall pick in the draft, is an acclaimed track star who possesses speed that can compete with the likes of Tyreek Hill.

Of course, he could be added to the offense.
However, there are also plans to consider him as a returns specialist.
Per Mary Kay Cabot, Schwartz’s deal is valued at $4.863 million including a signing bonus of about $896,742.
Schwartz will compete against Donovan Peoples-Jones and KhaDarel Hodge for playing time.
Time For Training Camp
The Browns offseason was viewed as among the most successful in the NFL.
Between the free agent signings and the draft selections, the roster is as talented as ever.
The true work begins this week as the team begins training camp on July 27.
It is time for the coaching staff to put together the superstar pieces and create a cohesive and dominant team.
Browns football is about to begin, and everyone could not be more ready.
