Remember when Cleveland Browns fans thought Colin Cowherd was out on a limb saying that quarterback Baker Mayfield could not win a playoff game because he wore his hat backwards?
Baker Mayfield wore his hat backwards. Bad news for the Browns' QB:
"That just says playoff loss, doesn't it?" — @ColinCowherd pic.twitter.com/0OglfxmkF4

That clip aged well.
Well, his latest Browns rant could be even more out there.
Cowherd is reacting to a recent NFL.com report citing the Browns as the most complete roster in the NFL heading into the 2021 season.
His inclination is to compare the Browns roster to the Coachella music festival which is apparently a star-studded party that everyone wants to go to.
After they are there a little while, they are ready to go home because it was not as good as they expected.
Say what?
What Cowherd Said
The Cleveland Browns are @coachella:
"It sounds great and there are a lot of big names… The Browns have a little bit of that feel to them." — @ColinCowherd pic.twitter.com/i2SEoEsSzI

Cowherd lists the big names of Baker, Clowney, Hunt, and OBJ as he talks about what the Browns have.
Then, he dismantles them one by one.
These players according to Cowherd are as follows:
- Baker – The team is better when he throws less.
- Clowney – He is like a movie poster that looks better than the movie, has moments of greatness.
- Hunt – He is a backup.
- OBJ – He is always hurt.
Basically, he says that the names and the vibe are better than the team.
Cowherd goes on to say that if Myles Garrett is injured, who will the Browns rely on?
Sheldon Richardson is gone, and the secondary is good but new and young.
It is unclear how they will perform.
Cowherd Likes The Rest Of The List
Behind the Browns on the NFL.com list are the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Chargers, and Buffalo Bills.

Cowherd says the Bucs are obviously ready to win another Super Bowl; they kept the team together that won it last season.
He believes the Chiefs are ready also.
Cowherd also really believes the Bills and Ravens are prepared as they have made necessary upgrades to the defensive line and receiving corps respectively in the offseason.
He also said the Bills and Ravens were already performing at a high level.
What’s The Difference Between The Browns, Bills, and Ravens?
In addition to the Coachella comparison that most of us cannot relate to, it is hard to understand how he feels the Browns differ dramatically from the Bills and Ravens.
All three are young teams that made the playoffs last season.
They all won at least one playoff game.
Each team attempted to fix the roster deficiencies it had in 2020 during this offseason.
In a sense, all are unproven as there are new players in the mix.
The difference boils down to Cowherd’s apparent bias against the Browns and Baker Mayfield.
There is really no other way to explain it.
