Kickoff for the Week 16 game between the Cleveland Browns and the Green Bay Packers is in two days.
The Packers pose a huge challenge to a Browns team that is trying to get its bearings from a disappointing Raiders loss on Monday and is still trying to figure out who is available to play on Saturday since COVID-19 and injuries have wreaked havoc on the roster.

Here are the news and notes for Thursday, December 23, 2021.
1. Browns To Wear White Uniforms On Saturday
White jerseys and white pants with the trademark orange helmet are what the Browns will wear on Saturday afternoon.
With a chance of snow in the weather forecast and the team set to play on The Frozen Tundra of Lambeau Field, this seems like the obvious uniform selection
Always liked the orange pants & brown tops (Kardiak Kids) but let’s give the all whites a chance. It sure worked for Bernie and his guys in the 80s. pic.twitter.com/IMUQEBR9bp

2. Reserve/COVID-19 List Updates
Officially, Coach Stefanski, Jacob Phillips, and Austin Hooper have been activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
More are expected to test out or become available in the coming days based on the time already spent on the list.
Coach Stefanski addressed the 10-day timeline that would allow players to return without further testing.

Cornerback Greg Newsome has tested positive and is both on concussion protocol and on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.

Two players who are not expected to play regardless of whether they clear COVID-19 protocols are Kareem Hunt and Troy Hill due to their ankle and knee injuries respectively.
Kevin Stefanski: Said regardless of COVID protocols, he doesn't expect injured Kareem Hunt and Troy Hill to be available in GB.

Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week in Week 15 after tying Brett Favre’s franchise touchdown record with his 442nd career touchdown pass.

He is set to break the record on Saturday against the Browns.
The Packers last played the Browns in December 2017 at FirstEnergy Stadium.
The Packers won the game in overtime by the score of 27-21.
Ironically, Brett Hundley was the quarterback of record for the Packers on that day as Aaron Rodgers was dealing with a broken collarbone.
Happy Christmas Eve Eve Browns Fans!
