The Cleveland Browns were facing another daunting injury report heading toward their game against the Tennessee Titans. With 16 players listed, it was possible that the Browns would be without multiple contributors for the pivotal road contest.
Instead, Cleveland will not be missing anyone who did not sit out last week. In fact, they will be getting back some key players to the mix.
According to insider Mark Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com, four Browns players have been ruled out for the Titans game: defensive tackles Kalia Davis and Mike Hall Jr., guard Teven Jenkins, and quarterback Dillon Gabriel.
“Browns game status for the Titans, including Denzel Ward being questionable with a hand injury. K. Davis – out; Gabriel — out; Hall — out; Jenkins — out,” Cabot posted.

Neither Davis (quad) nor Hall (ankle) were able to practice this week after sitting out the Browns’ Week 6 win against the Baltimore Ravens. Jenkins has been sidelined for multiple games by a back injury, and Gabriel is nearing the end of his 21-day practice window after beginning the season on injured reserve with a back issue.
Most importantly, this update means defensive tackle Mason Graham is likely to play after being sidelined for the past two games by a leg injury he suffered in Week 4 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. It was thought he would miss more time, but in the midst of a breakout second season, he would return sooner than first projected.
Ward may be a concern, as the cornerback was added to the injury report on Friday. Fortunately, safety Grant Delpit has cleared concussion protocol after leaving last week’s game.
Running back Dylan Sampson would be making his first appearance since suffering a knee injury in Week 1 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The backfield will also have Quinshon Judkins after he sat out last week with an ankle injury he suffered in Week 5 against the New York Jets.
Linebacker Quincy Williams was able to return to practice with his neck injury, and Carson Schwesinger will play through an ankle injury again. So, the Browns will be as close to full strength as they could have hoped.
Cleveland cannot afford to lose this game to Tennessee, with the AFC North proving to be one of the better divisions in the league and a matchup with the Steelers up next in Week 8.
